The Kiwee KB-M3-03 is now available on Amazon. It is the first MoCA 2.5 adapter with integrated PoE+: it turns the coax already in your walls into a 2.5 Gbps wired link and powers the device on the other end of its Ethernet cable, such as a Wi-Fi access point, IP camera or VoIP phone.

Data and power from one adapter
- 2.5 Gbps over coax: MoCA 2.5 in D-band, with a 2.5GbE Ethernet port, for streaming, gaming and mesh backhaul.
- PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at): 30W at the port, up to 25.5W at the device, also compatible with 802.3af. No outlet or power brick needed at the access point, camera or phone.
- Plug and play: connect the coax, the adapter’s power supply and the Ethernet cable. No software or configuration for typical setups.
- Works with cable internet: coexists with DOCSIS modems and cable TV through a built-in TV pass-through port.

Who it’s for
- Wi-Fi upgrades: mount a Wi-Fi 6, 6E or 7 access point where coverage is worst, not where the sockets are.
- Security cameras: power a PoE camera in the garage, attic or eaves over the coax that’s already there.
- Home offices and small businesses: VoIP phones and access points without new cable runs.
